1. General conditions

1.1. "Agrotechno" LLC (SC 404451133), (hereinafter "Seller" / "Company"), guarantees that during the warranty period

2. Standard warranty policy for new equipment

3. Failure to fulfill warranty obligations

4.3. antifreeze and battery fluid (electrolyte);

4.4. brake and clutch fluid (if any);

4.5. filters;

4.6. tires, brake pads and clutch disc (Ferrado);

4.7. mechanically damaged details;

4.8. mirrors and cabin windows;

4.9. contacts, capacitors, lamps;

4.10. the cost of moving the service group.

5. The warranty obligations or responsibilities of "Agrotechno" LLC do not include:

5.1. to bring the equipment into a certain marketing form for a specific purpose;

5.2. Direct or indirect financial damage/expenses caused by the malfunction (during the warranty period)

5.3. Repairs caused by neglect of statutory mandatory service during the warranty period;

5.4. repairs caused by non-compliance with the rules required for long-term storage after delivery of equipment;

5.5. except for the company's service center, to eliminate the defect caused by other service center/self service;

5.6. repairs caused by traffic accidents or equipment misuse;

5.7. the costs of services related to equipment maintenance (checking, cleaning, lubrication);

5.8. Defects or defects in devices, parts and accessories other than those authorized by the equipment manufacturer

6. Other circumstances

6.1. Within the scope of these conditions, the warranty will be considered void if the "buyer" makes any significant changes to the equipment
